Joanne’s career has spanned over 20 years in nursing and nurse management. She has extensive experience within the health and social care sector.
It was Joanne’s experience as a head of nursing in private health care which ignited her desire to create a family run domiciliary care service, that prioritises person-centred care, maintains high standards of compliance, and fosters a supportive and empowering environment for service users and staff.

Laura has extensive experience as a registered manager in health and social care. Her qualifications include Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Laura and Joanne have joined together through their aligning morals and values, along with their dedication to ensuring all service users receive the highest standard of person-centred care.

The "Chief Morale Officer"
At the heart of our service is a belief in the power of companionship. As a family-run business, we understand that a home is made of the people (and pets) within it. That’s why we want to introduce you to Toby, the four-legged heartbeat of our operation.
Toby represents the values we hold dear: unconditional support, loyalty, and the ability to listen without judgment. Whether supporting our staff or greeting visitors at our office, he/she embodies the warmth and safety we strive to deliver to every service user in our care.
Joanne Elizabeth
Since being a young child I have always enjoyed taking care of others, whether that be younger cousins or elderly grandparents. I have been very fortunate to have an extensive nursing career, I have travelled the world and have met and cared for many wonderful people along the way.
My Family have been instrumental in supporting me throughout my career, I feel strongly that all care delivery should be at a standard that I would want for my own loved ones. I love interacting with staff and service users and I am dedicated to creating an environment where individuals can voice their opinions and wishes
Laura
For me, the most rewarding part of the job is simply connecting with people and their families. I care deeply about making sure everyone feels truly heard, so I always encourage open conversations to ensure their personal wishes are at the heart of their care. Outside of work, I’m a bit of an thrill-seeker! I love raising money for Alzheimer’s by taking on challenges like organized walks and zip-lining—often accompanied by my adventurous 74-year-old mum!
